MAKE YOUR STORIES LIVE - profiles, travel destination pieces, and stories of the American West are my specialties. I write them all with a flair that has been developed over almost two decades of professional writing. I find ‘the story’ in the story and make the ordinary entertaining and interesting without distorting facts. Whenever possible, my sources are primary. If this isn’t possible, my secondary research is thorough and factual. I have developed an extraordinary collection of contacts, as well as being a member of the North American Travel Journalists Assn. and Western Writers of America. Membership in both organizations is juried.

Fees are negotiable. I will travel to a destination to ‘get the story’.

My works have been published in many national and regional magazines and periodicals. I am currently working on the 2010 Centennial Book for the Pendleton Rounds -Up which will be published by Graphic Arts, in Portland, OR. and is due out in 2009.
